Philippe Moser

Managing Partner

20+ years of experience in private equity and corporate finance/M&A. After gaining experience in investment banking at Credit Suisse and Bank am Bellevue, he opened the Zurich office of Waterland Private Equity, a leading private equity group, which he managed as a principal. In this role, he was responsible for origination, investments and value creation initiatives / buy & build in portfolio companies until their exit. Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and post-graduate studies at INSEAD.

Björn Wegberg

Junior Associate

Five years of experience in private equity, including in the legal team at Amundi Alpha Associates – a private market investment manager – and at private equity consultant speak invest, specialising in secondary market transactions. Subsequently worked as a trainee lawyer in the private equity team at the corporate law firm Bär & Karrer. Master's degree in law from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

Gabriel Hofmann

Junior Associate

Several years of experience in private equity, management consulting and entrepreneurial activities, including working at Waterland Private Equity in Zurich, establishing and scaling an industrial company (Solardach24 GmbH) and working for and investing in a management consulting firm (Agalith AG). This is complemented by experience in structuring minority investments and real estate investments. Currently pursuing a master's degree in Accounting and Corporate Finance at the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
